Xtrem-MARINE KOTE

Flexible, one-coat, two components, 100% solids, epoxidic
novolac ceramic filled coating, providing excellet corrosion and abrasion resistance in sea water and marine environments.
Optioanally: Special wide spectrum crystallized biocide for bio corrosion protection.

Xtrem-SUB-SEA

Two component solvent free epoxy coating , tolerant to moisture and water during the application, can be applied to different substrates like metal or concrete. It can be provided for manual  (M)or sprayable application (S).

The fresh coat can cure in wet conditions and even in the water in different temperatures.

Xtrem-ST

One coat, two component solvent free epoxy coating tolerant to poor surface treatement, slightly rusted surfaces, etc. provinding chemical and abrasion resistance to a wide kind of substrates. It can be manufactured for manual (M) or as a sprayable product application (S).

Xtrem-CORR

Two component, solvent free, micro ceramic and nano technology filled novalac resin, with outstanding resistance to chemical and crude oil media, against corrosion and abrasion. Application on different substrates, for high temperature services.

Xtrem-CORR+

Two component, solvent free, micro ceramic and nano technology silanized filled novalac resin, additived with PTFE, for better lubricity, with outstanding corrosion resistance to chemicals and crude oil media, against corrosion and abrasion. Application on different substrates, in high service temperatures up to 150ºC.

Xtrem-HT

Two component, solvent free, micro ceramic and nano technology filled novalac resin, specially reinforced with glass spheres for outstanding resistance to chemical and crude oil media, against corrosion and abrasion, with certain isolation properties. Application can be done directly on hot surfaces (service crude oil pipes).

Xtrem-PRIM10, Xtrem-PRIM16

Concrete primming.

Xtrem-PRIM10 Two component solvent free epoxy primer, used for concrete applications, as a primer for a < 6% HR on concrete. Specific use as vapour barrier and from out-side moisture.

Xtrem-PRIM16 Conventional use priming systems on normal concrete surfaces.

Xtrem-VC

2-Layer system (primer and veil coat), high performance modified novolac vinyl ester coating for concrete protection , where extreme chemical resistance and very low permeation is required like highly concentrated acid like 85% Phosphoric acid, 37% Hydrochorica acid or alkalies, solvents. etc. even in continuous inmersion.

Xtrem-pHC

Highly chemical resistant and wear resistant, low viscosity, thin film 100% novolac epoxy for aggressive media for concrete protection, i.e. Sulphuirc acid 98%, Sodium Hydroxide 50%, etc. even in continuos inmersion. No priming is needed on regular and cohesiived concrete.

Xtrem-SL

100% solids, advanced reinforced  ceramic thin film coating to protect metal structures and equipment in extreme immersion services like slurries, mineral processing, etc .for piping and floating cells. Improve the flow of the materials.. Low friction coating.

Xtrem-pHT

“premium” coating based in a vinyl ester novolac resin, low VOC content, for chemical expositon to high temperatures, resistant to thermal cycles, in highly agressive organic acid or alcalies, solvents, etc.  Very low permeability. On metal surfaces.

Xtrem-pH

Specific highly resistant thin film coating to acids like sulphuric acid 98%, based on a 100 % novolac resin with a amine reacting modified cicloaliphatic curing agent.

Specially engineered against chemical corrosion and abrasion for steel tanks, reactors, pipes, etc.
